The Package
The exhibition package includes:
- Stands from 4m²
- Space only, shell scheme or outside space
- Shell scheme includes furniture, lighting package and power
- Inclusion in the pre-show marketing campaign
- Quarter page, 4-colour advertisement and 50 word stand description in Emergency Services Times and the Show catalogue (over 7,000 circulation)
- Inclusion in PR activity – including a fully explanatory PR Guide to help you promote yourself, plus a full press coverage distribution service
- Complimentary copies of Emergency Services Times and 2007 Who’s Who in Emergency Services Directory
Stand Space
- Space only site - £250 per m² + VAT
- Shell Scheme site - £320 per m² + VAT (includes white foamex shell, exhibitor name board, lighting package, powerpoint and furniture
- Outside space - price on application
- Payment terms: 10% on booking; 50% by 01 June 2007 and 40% by 01 October 2007 Terms and conditions will be sent with confirmation of order.
